Namirembe Cathedral
St. Paul’s Cathedral Namirembe, a cornerstone of Anglican mission since 1889, stands as a testament to faith, history, and architectural splendor in Uganda. Situated on land graciously donated by the King of Buganda, this Cathedral embodies over a century of spiritual devotion and cultural significance.
The current Cathedral, built in 1915 by architect Arthur Beresford Pite, is the fourth iteration of this sacred site, boasting the distinction of being the oldest and largest Anglican Cathedral in Uganda.
